These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, Dancing Airplants at dancingairplants.es (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our “), and by accessing this website and/or placing an order, users (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

Despite our care and effort in actualizing and updating the website, the content of the page might be incorrect and/or incomplete. Product pictures shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only, variations in size colour, and shape may occur due to the nature of our products.

As we deal in live products, it is inevitable that the sizes and colours of our products may vary from time to time; all sizes and descriptions are approximate.

The design of Dancing Airplants porcelain shells are subject to copyright. You may not use them to copy our designs or offer similar products.

Payments

Dancing Airplants processes payments through WooCommerce Payments. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Payments are governed by the policies applicable to the payment method used.

All transactions are processed over a secure connection (SSL). You can check that your connection is secure by your browser showing a padlock in the URL bar during checkout. We do not store any credit card information on our system. Your payment information is sent directly to the payment processer. Your account or credit card number is not known by us. Our credentials have been verified by WooCommerce Payments.

Order processing

Orders will be processed once your payment has been received.

Due to Dancing Airplants being a small business, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but there may be times when there is a slight delay in processing.

Delivery

The delivery method used depends on your location. We always strive to use the fastest and most reliable service to ship your purchase.

Dancing Airplants cannot take responsibility for deliveries once they have been handed over to the delivery service, outside of the guarantees provided by said service.

We will deliver your order to the address you specify. If this address is not accurate we can not be held responsible for the loss of goods.

Returns

We cannot accept the return of plants or shells damaged due to a lack of proper care. In particular, plants will not be replaced if the plant care guidelines, enclosed with the order, have not been followed.

Due to the perishable nature of the plants and the damage that they may suffer due to temperature variations or exposure to circumstances adverse to their conservation during the distribution process, something for which Dancing Airplants is not responsible, we will not make changes or return these products, except in cases in which there has been a lack of similitude between the product chosen by the client and the one sent by Dancing Airplants. The exception to the client’s right of withdrawal with respect to perishable goods is included in Article 103 d) of the Consolidated Text of the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users of Spain.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The return process must begin within 48 hours after receipt of the order, sending reliable notification of the error to the address that Dancing Airplants provides.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original methods of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on Bank processors.

The return process must begin within 14 working days of the cooling-off period after receipt of the order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a confirmed refund, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please notify us using the contact form on our website or by replying to a previous email from us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Sending returns

To return your product, you must mail your product to Dancing Airplants, Carrer de Monec 5, 3-3, Barcelona 08003, Spain.

Unless a return is due to an error by Dancing Airplants, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use a non-tracked delivery service.

Replacements

We will ship replacements as soon as your returned products have been received.

Similar to standard orders, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
